Deacontom.vanornyk12.nd.usHi, I'm Deacon Thomas Vanorny, ordained to the deaconate in 2012. I grew up in St Liborius Parish in Polo, South Dakota, on a ranch. We raised our family in St Charles Parish in Oakes. Our five children and six grandchildren live in Mandan, Bismarck, Moorhead MN, Eagan MN and Minneapolis MN. We moved to Valley City in 2018. As a deacon, I have been active in youth group, sponsoring couples, RCIA for children, doing hospital and nursing home visits as well as home visits, especially to those who have been diagnosed with cancer.
